Accommodation
Our event partner, the Halberg Foundation, have secured the whole Lakeland Park Camp from 3 - 5th August 2024 (3 nights).

Cost: $220 pp
You're welcome to also book your own accommodation in or around Queenstown for the festival.
Transport
Ski field shuttle priority will be given to those staying at the Lakeland Park Camp. Any extra availability will be communicated closer to the time. If available, the cost will be $20 per day per person.
Parking
The weather can be unpredictable and if you’re planning to drive to The Remarkables you must carry chains and know how to fit them.
This includes 4WD/ AWD vehicles.
Mobility parking permit - it is a great idea to bring this with you as there is limited accessible parking at the top of the mountain.
